We have been wanting to purchase a piano for a while now. Chickadee really wants to learn how to play. We have a fabulous family member (THANKS Aunt P.) that heard Chickadee play one of the little songs she has learned (THANKS Grandma N.) and she offered to go in halves with us on the cost of a piano. We had been keeping our eyes on Craigslist to see if we could find a good used one. Needless to say, we hit the jackpot. We found this lovely Kimball for a really good price.

Moving it from point A to point B.

First place we tried it in the house didn't work so well. It blocked the hallway too much. It is now on a different wall.

The keys. Don't they look great. Not a single broken or chipped one.

The lovely inside of the lid. I think this is pretty awesome! The original warranty papers were still tucked inside. It's in great condition for being a 1965!

So, now it's off to find a piano tuner and a good piano teacher that lives nearby.
